1.Autoclave reactor  main function

The autolave of the AAC block machine is  also called steam-kettle/Autoclave reactor, is a large pressure vessel  equipment.It is used for sand-lime brick , fly ash bricks, aerated concrete  block, a new light wall materials, concrete pipe and other construction products, Autoclave Maintenance.So far,the autolave  steam-kettle not only used in  Silicate Building Products,but also used in chemical, pharmaceutical, rubber,  wood, plaster, glass, insulation materials, textile  workers, military, and other areas  of the products of steam-cured.

The autoclave is horizontal unit made by  steel, the kettle cover is made by the whole steel plate of 16mm. Kettle cover  flange, kettle body flange forging  process made use of 16mn as a  whole. The weld of the compression parts has been heat treatment and strict  non-destructive testing in accordance with relevant standards.
