The skills to maintain baking-free block machine

Baking-free block machine’s reduction box is very important, because it makes the aac machine more balanced. So the daily maintain for aac block machine becomes more important. It need change engine oil regularly. Now i introduce some notes when changing engine oil, maintain for reduction box can lower the cost.
       1.engine oil becomes milk white but no foreign small. This means engine oil has been mixed water and air. The first thing we can do is separate water and air from engine oil and check the oil appearance and viscosity. If those are up to the standard, we can continue to use the engine oil.
       2.The oil in hydraulic brick machine fuel tank has transparent appearance, but has color line and on foreign small. Need to check the viscosity of oil, if it is up to the standard, we can continue to use. Avoid to mix the different brand name or type oil, if not, it is possible to cause trouble without reasons, and reduce the service life of oil.
      3.oil becomes black and small, that means it is heavy oxidation, need to change the oil immediately.
4.The oil in hydraulic brick machine fuel tank has transparent appearance, but has some impurities and no foreign small. Need to filter many times and check the appearance and viscosity, if those are up to the standards, we can continue to use.
