New wall materials’categories,performance and problems

New wall materials are divided into six categories, as follows,
1,Non-clay bricks produced by automatic block machine, including non-clay Sintered porous bricks and hollow bricks which holes rate is more than 25%, concrete hollow bricks, hollow blocks,etc.
2,Construction blocks produced by aac block machine, including small normal hollow concrete blocks, small light weight concrete blocks, autoclave aerated concrete blocks, etc.
3,Construction panels produced by autoclave block machine, including autoclave aerated panels, light weight concrete panels, etc.
4,Wall materials production which raw materials includes no less than 30% industry waste residue, crops straw, construction waste,sludge.
5,Precast and cast-in-place concrete walls
6,Steel structure and glass walls
Currently, there are several problems of new wall materials. As follows,
1,Advanced technology increases the price of new wall materials,it is difficult to apply the new wall materials in wide-ranging.
2,By now, there is no standard to control the whole industry, it is difficult to unify the technology and detection means,etc.
3,Individual interest have bad influence on the development and promotion of new wall materials.
