The whole block machine installation

According to the foundation drawing(picture A) finish concrete foundation before installation.

A.machine installation

1 The host hoisting

Lift the main frame above foundation, tighten the bolt, make its centerline coincides with the host centerline. The foundation must be level off, the permissible error +- 1mm.

2. install the feeding belt conveyor

Lift The feeding belt conveyor to foundation position then connected to the host machine, then install bolt , support leg and lock bolt.

3.Installation pallet conveyor

Put pallet conveyor to  the end of vibration table, make its centerline coincides with the host machine centerline , and adjust the height of the chain and the vibration table in the same horizontal plane, then tighten the bolt.

4.Install the outfeed machine

Put the outfeed machine to vibration table front, the center line and the center line of the host, and adjust the height to make the chain and the vibration table in the same horizontal plane.

5.The hydraulic system installation

1. Hydraulic tank will be placed to the required position  (see chart);

2. connecting tubing matching stamped number (the link should be put into the gasket).

3. Ensure that the fuel tank clean then add N46 (L - HM46) 750 kg anti-wear hydraulic oil of .

4. Connect cooling water pipe to the cooler outlet and connect the outlet pipe to reservoir.

6.Install Circuit

1. Connect control cabinet wiring terminals to the host wire terminal line

2. The machine grounding, with a 1.5 meters long anchor bolt into the underground, with 6 m diameter steel welding machines.

3. Check all wiring in the electric control  cabinet without connection error. Using a multimeter to check the electrical circuit is correct or not, check thermal relay setting value is matched with the corresponding motor or not.
