The gap between china and developed countries in aac block plant.

Let me take Germany for example, introduce the production and applying present situation about aac block plant and aac bricks. In 1943, the first aac brick machine factory was established in Germany. In 1945,new technology of wire cutter was invented. In 1959, aac block machine association was set up. Automatic block machine manufacturers are researching and developing the new technology, they offer the completed construction system for residential housing, public buildings and industrial buildings. Now, there are 37 aac block machine factories, annual output is 4.5 million sq.m blocks and almost 4 million sq.m panels.

Compared the developed countries, we still have long way to go, we need recognize the disadvantages, as follows,

1. The product of a single, small businesses, low quality, lack of market competitiveness. The main products of aac is aac bricks. The panels which need higher technology has a small production.

2. obsolete equipment and low technology. Aac block production line annual output which is less than 50000m³/year account for more than 70%. There is necessary to reform technology, improve the level of equipment.

3.Applied technology can not follow the demands of popularization. Developed countries focused on researching and developing new technology and offer the proper after-sale service. In our country, it is not enough to research and develop new technology, we still have lots of work to do. Incomplete after-sale service, links of production, research, design, construction is not coordinated. All the those have a bad influence on the popularization and application of aac bricks.
