1.First the loader loads sand material into “material
hopper”, the sand through belt conveyer enter into “ball mill machine”
(2) to crush into powder slurry. In the crushing process ,water will be
added. into ball mill machine in the same time . so finally ball mill machine will
produce sand slurry 2. Sand slurry out of ball mill machine enters into concrete pit ,
slurry will be sent into two “slurry store mixer“”(3) through
“slurry pump” ![]() 3.When we need slurry to batch ,the slurry be released from
“slurry store mixer” and enter into slurry pit which under the “slurry
store mixer” . There have another sand slurry will enter into “ slurry
measure scale” through “slurry pump”. In the same time,
the lime, cement , gypsum, will be added into lime cement gypsum scale automatically one by one. After measuring sand, lime, cement, gypsum ,they will be added into
“slurry pouring mixer “ automatically , In the same time ,the aluminum will be add into “slurry pouring mixer
“by manual after manual scale measure . When all material mixing in the “slurry store mixer”, after 4-6 minutes
mixing , all material will be pour into “Mould box”. Except that aluminum powder will be added by manual, the whole batching
process is operated by PLC in control room. 4 After slurry be pour into mould box ,”frequency conversion
pouring ferry car” will take the mould into curing room area automatically ,
all the mould box will be add into curing room to cure automatically
through PLC in control room 5 when mould box moving in the curing room ,all mould boxing moving
process is automatically ,under mould box there will be roller that will support
mould moving. 6.After 1.5-2 hours pre-curing in curing area , the mould box with
foam block will move into “reversal crane” position , reversal crane will
lift and do the de-mould work, put the block with pallet on “cutting
translational cart”, then there are level cutting and vertical cutting
process, the cutting process will be controlled in the control room
automatically . 7. After cutting the block ,It will be transported into steam
trolley trough “ transport block crane” , the crane will be
controlled by wireless control device ,also there have the wire control device
for spare alternating. 8 6 steam trolleys {12 blocks} will be sent to autoclave through windless machine 9.First we need 1.5 hours to discharge cool air in autolcaves and
one hour to add pressure. then use 0.5 hour to reach 1.0-1.3 Mpa quickly. In
1.0-1.3 Map period ,we need keep about steam 5-6 hours. after that we will need
1.5-2 hours to release the pressure and steam . After about 10-11 hours ,the
blocks could be taken out and transported in store area. 10 The empty pallet with trolley will be sent back to
reversal crane and organize new moulds to reuse . trolley will be transported
for entering into autoclave area to re use. |
