Ball mill is a key  equipment to grind after the material be broken. It is widely used in cement,  silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer,  ferrous and non-ferrous metal and glass ceramics and other mineral production  industries. It can carry out grinding or wet grinding a variety of ores and  other materials .

Ball Mill Working  Principle:

The machine is  horizontal cylinder rotating device, transmission by outer gear, two storehouse,  is a lattice-type ball mill. Material can be send evenly into the first  warehouse by the feeding device through the shaft screw . The first warehouse  have ladder liner and corrugated liner, and be filled with different  specifications steel ball. Ball mill rotating produce the centrifugal force  ,which force take the balls to a certain height then throw them down , so it can  Pound and grind the materials. Materials get coarse grind in the first  warehouse, then into the second warehouse through the single-compartment. The  second warehouse has flat liner and also filled with balls , then grind the  material again. At last , the powder discharge through the grate plate, complete  the grinding operation.

Ball mill  structural characteristics:

This machine  include the feeding department, the ministry of discharge, rotary department,  transmission division (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric  control) and other major components. Hollow shaft screw adopt steel parts,  lining is removable. The slewing gear use casting processing, the body inlaid  cylinder liner wear, has a good abrasion resistance. The machine run smoothly,  work reliably.

Note: According to  the materials and methods of discharge , may choose dry ball mill and wet  lattice-type ball mill.
